The hiring process at "ISD" consists of 3 stages and is wont to take three days:

1. The initial interview (with HR specialist).

This stage includes filling out registration application form, English interview and fulfilling technical tests and assignments which were developed individually for each position and are to be performed with restricted time-frame.

2. Technical interview (usually takes place with the Business Unit Project Managers).

The technical interview comprises examination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills on a certain programming language in view.

3. Interview with the Director of the company.

During this stage of hiring you should be ready for the interview in English.

Potential candidates start subsequent hiring stages only upon successful completion of the previous.
